Newport Brass® was created in 1989 by Ross and Geoffrey Escalette as an edition to their world famous Brasstech line of plumbing parts and fitting. In 2002 Escalette sold Brasstech to the Masco Corporation. Masco is one of the largest manufacturers of home improvement products in the world.

The Newport Brass faucets are made of solid brass with physical vapor deposition finishes, which is a highly specialized technology, for high quality lifelong finishes.
